Norwest Recruitment cracks the 2007 BRW Fast 100!

BRW’s Fast 100 is compiled annually in association with RMIT University's School of Management and ranks the 100 fastest-growing small and medium-size businesses by annual revenue growth over three years.

Asked what the secret of success has been, Norwest Recruitment Director, Anthony Price had this to say, “We have been blessed with a strong management team and have continued to attract talented consultants. In addition to this, we invested heavily into innovative technology to track candidates 12 months ago and this is now paying dividends. We are delighted with this achievement needless to say, there has been a lot of celebrating! “

Asked whether he had any plans to make it in next years BRW Fast 100, Anthony commented, “Well obviously we will give it a good crack. We are cognizant of not wanting to drop service standards so we will adopt a ‘don’t change anything’ strategy as far as clients are concerned. We are rolling out a lot more ‘Candidate Attraction’ strategies over the next 12 months so that our supply can continue to match the demand. It should be an exciting 12 months’.
