Located in the Hills District, they require a Project Administration Assistant to provide administration support to the Project Management Team.
THE ROLE
-
Assist in the development and maintenance of project administration

Database maintenance
-
Weekly and monthly reporting
-
Update weekly logs timely and accurately
-
Take project related telephone enquiries
-
Preparation of tender and project documentation
-
Scheduling and allocating job numbers and updating registers for projects
-
Submitting weekly timesheets for Contractors
-
Prepare and draw plans using AutoCAD
-
Dealing with various internal companies, divisions, contractors and suppliers
ABOUT YOU
You are a cooperative, team player with outstanding customer service. With excellent communication skills, you have a typing speed of 50wpm and intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
