This Australian wide Project Management Company has a vision to be the number one provider of services to their Australian market. Located in the Hills District, they require a Project Administration Assistant to provide administration support to the project team. This role will allow your foot in the door of a progressive company and also the chance to enhance your administration skills set whilst working close to home.

This role will involved the following responsibilities:



  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project administration
  • Database maintenance
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Update weekly logs timely and accurately
  • Take project related telephone enquiries
  • Preparation of tender and project documentation
  • Scheduling and allocating job numbers and updating registers for projects
  • Submitting weekly timesheets for Contractors
  • Prepare and draw plans using AutoCAD
  • Dealing with various internal companies, divisions, contractors and suppliers

    To be successful in this role you will possess the following :
  • Recent experience working within a similar project administration position.
  • Experience using AutoCAD would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant industry experience within the construction industry.
  • Intermediate Word & Excel skills.
  • The ability to work in a team environment, work to tight deadlines and be efficient.
