This Australian wide Project Management Company has a vision to be the number one provider of services to their Australian market. Located in the Hills District, they require a Project Administration Assistant to provide administration support to the project team. This role will allow your foot in the door of a progressive company and also the chance to enhance your administration skills set whilst working close to home.
This role will involved the following responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project administration

Database maintenance
-
Weekly and monthly reporting
-
Update weekly logs timely and accurately
-
Take project related telephone enquiries
-
Preparation of tender and project documentation
-
Scheduling and allocating job numbers and updating registers for projects
-
Submitting weekly timesheets for Contractors
-
Prepare and draw plans using AutoCAD
-
Dealing with various internal companies, divisions, contractors and suppliers
To be successful in this role you will possess the following :
-
Recent experience working within a similar project administration position.

Experience using AutoCAD would be advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Relevant industry experience within the construction industry.

Intermediate Word & Excel skills.
-
The ability to work in a team environment, work to tight deadlines and be efficient.
