This Australian wide family company, with their Sydney office located in the Hills District, are offering a rare opportunity for one lucky person to join their busy, buzzing office. This company is a leader in their field with a strong customer base and they have been established for 20 years this year.
They now need a bright and friendly person to sit on their reception desk to greet their valued customers, answer their busy switch and be prepared to jump in and help out anywhere they possibly can. This role offers variety as you will also be the main customer service point of contact as well.
Some of your major responsibilities in this role will include;

Answering all incoming phone calls into the business and transferring them to the appropriate people

Liaise with the production warehouse to coordinate orders and deliveries for customers

Purchase order entries
-
Process credit card transactions
-
Take customer enquiries
-
Track customer orders and update customers

Bright, friendly and bubbly

Immaculately presented as you are the "face" of the company

An excellent communicator, both written and verbal - always clear and articulate

Intermediate level skills on WORD and EXCEL

Proactive with the ability to prioritise your work load

Switched on with a good sense of humor
